System purpose

Chamber Hub keeps event attendance tied to the right person.

The web app is used by chamber staff to manage member records, publish event QR codes, and review who checked in. The mobile app is used by representatives at the event.

Web version

  1. Open Events.
  2. Select the event and show or print its QR code.
  3. Use Record check-in for manual web check-ins.
  4. Use Mobile app check-ins and Refresh to see scans from phones.

Mobile version

  1. Save the representative's mobile profile.
  2. Authorize the profile with Chamber Hub.
  3. Scan the event QR code.
  4. The QR identifies only the event; the attendee identity comes from the mobile profile.

What the QR code contains

The QR code contains event data only: event ID, event name, chamber ID, and chamber name. It does not contain attendee information. This keeps one event QR reusable for every attendee.
